Coldwell Banker Big Creek Realty was established in 1995 and has since developed a solid reputation for the highest level of customer service. The number of repeat clients and referrals is an obvious indicator of our clients’ satisfaction and we consistently receive the Ultimate Service and Premier Office awards.
Our office is located on a highly-visible , high-traffic corner with plenty of parking available for clients and customers.
All calls are answered by a “live” person – the REALTOR® On Duty, or the office assistant, not a paid answering or paging service. That means personal, 24/7 service including weekends and holidays.
Our “team approach” means that if the REALTOR® you asked for is unavailable for some reason, the call will be gladly taken care of by another REALTOR® so our customer isn’t kept waiting.
Most of our sales staff were born and raised in Norfolk Country and have “lived, worked, and played” here all their lives. We have a first-hand knowledge of the many communities in and around it, including the businesses and people within them.
