Doug has lived in Princeton all his life and has been in the real estate business for over 12 years. Doug is dedicated in finding a property that you’ll be proud of, whether it’s your first home, a rec property, ranch, or the rental house. As well, he is the go-to guy for seasoned Buyers or investors looking for a family retreat, ranch, or long-term hold.
He has represented over 1000 real estate transactions for Buyers and Sellers of all property types. Doug believes in investing in his local community and currently owns and has partnerships in commercial land and buildings downtown, residential new construction, bare land in town for subdivision, a local restaurant, a local manufacturing company and recreational property in Tulameen. His diverse knowledge and experience is a definite asset to his clients.
When Doug is away from the office, you’ll find him with his wife and daughters fly-fishing, motorbiking, camping or maybe just winding down alone in a quite place working on his next project.
