• In Allan, Saskatchewan, we sold five parcels of farmland covering 932.97 acres, including 790 acres of arable land, for $2,055,000.

• In Nampa, Alberta, we sold six farm parcels sized at 956.28 acres, including 788 cultivated acres and $2,100 in surface lease revenue, for $3,250,000.

• In Griffin, Saskatchewan, we sold 10 farm parcels totaling 1,599.73 acres, including 1,331 cultivated acres and surface lease revenue on four of the parcels, for $4,145,000.
