Starting out as a fitness professional, she spent so much time speaking to people one on one about their health and vitality. In order to have a more widespread impact, she decided to start public speaking where she could take her experience and message to a much larger audience.

I don't think there is anyone that works harder than farmers, so when we heard her message, we just had to have her on the show to speak to our audience about working hard and taking care of yourself at the same time. Michelle calls this the "Success Energy Equation" and we are excited to have her here with us on The Impact Farming Show.
