Show Host - Shaye Koester
Storyteller, rancher, educator, and leader with a passion for the beef industry

I am a storyteller and educator for the ranching industry.

As the founder and producer of the Casual Cattle Conversations Podcast, I aim to connect and inform beef producers via rancher-to-rancher education through a virtual platform.

As the education advisor for the North Dakota Junior Red Angus Association, I work with youth ages 6-18 to expose them to opportunities in the beef industry while allowing them to gain an understanding of the industry as a whole.

There is power in an honest story and I believe in sharing that. Especially the stories of the people in agriculture.

I come from a seedstock and commercial ranch in North Dakota and that is where my passion for the beef industry started and why I am still involved on our family operation today. I grew up being involved in all aspects of the operation and enjoy the lifestyle and purpsose behind it.
