No stranger to the stress of farming himself, as a former hog producer, Gerry shares his wisdom with our audience. In today's episode, we discuss some of the main stressors in farming, we spotlight controllable stressors and Gerry shares some of his tried and true stress reduction tips and techniques.

Gerry's message to all is that many things are out of our control as farmers, however, there truly are so many decisions within our own power.
