Study on the Impact of Digitalization in the Management of Your Agricultural Business

The advent of digital technology is transforming the way farm management consulting is delivered and changing the interactions between consultants and producers. This will clearly impact not only how advice is provided, but also the day-to-day management of farms.

To address these new challenges, this project, led by the Cetre d’Expertise en Gestion Agricole (CEGA) in collaboration with Farm Management Canada, seeks to better understand the needs of producers. It also aims to identify the adjustments that farm management consultants will need to make in order to fully leverage the benefits of digital technology in the sector.
