About Me
Waylon brings with him a background in sales and many years in the construction industry as a red seal electrician. He's also flipped many homes, and currently residing in a large 165 year old farmhouse he renovated top to bottom. Having some income properties of his own, he is also knowledgeable in the rental market, property maintenance and management. Waylon was raised and still current lives in the same rural town he grew up in, and most of his real estate sales are in Rural New Brunswick.
In his spare time, you’ll find him staying busy outdoors, working on the house, spending time with family on Grand Lake or working on fun projects in the garage.
