The following will apply to all tenders:

All offers are to be submitted in sealed envelopes accompanied by a certified cheque or bank draft payable to “Royal LePage Riverbend Realty in Trust” of $10,000 with one or multiple bids. Successful bidder will be notified by November 26, 2024. Cheques will be returned in respect to tenders that are not accepted by November 26, 2024 or sooner.
